Baking is a labour of love and Richard fortunately has a lot of it. Having been baking for over 20 years, he knows a thing or two about what makes a good loaf. Baking from 2am, 6 days a-week all year round, we are proud to create the freshest produce, by hand, in the traditional way with no nasty ingredients.

Not only used across our breakfast and lunch menus, our products are available in the shop and we also provide a selection of independent shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and public/private sector businesses with fresh produce each day – check out our wholesale page for more details.
